2. The machine can rotate in both forward and reverse directions. If the reverse rotation is started, the dough will not enter the machine but will rotate in the opposite direction, getting stuck inside the machine and preventing the normal production of dumpling wrappers.
3. The machine should not be idled for a long time, as it will cause excessive friction of the mold and generate heat. Avoiding idling for a long time can prevent black substances. The new machine needs some dough experiments. After that, there will be no more black substances
